Property Rules
- There shouldn't be any kind of damage to property. If found, the tenant will be evicted the very next day.
- Common amenities are not personal amenities. Action will be taken in case an amenity is found in personal possession.
- Any kind of illegal activities like gambling, ragging, and usage of drugs will not be tolerated here.
- Switch off appliances when not in use.
- If food is ordered from outside by the tenant, then all leftovers and packaging materials should be disposed of in appropriate dustbins.
- Water should be used judiciously. The tenant should report any water leakages to the security/property manager as soon as the same is noticed.
